Andrew Lee Jenkins Founder, SeedlyBUILT BY AN OPERATOR
I didn't set out to build a CRM. I set out to stop renting one.
I'm Andrew. I run a home-service marketing agency in Virginia. After a year running it on HighLevel as a certified administrator, I wanted more control over the software my business depended on.
The breaking point was lead-capture forms going down while my paid traffic kept spending. So I built the CRM I actually wanted, ran my own agency on it, and packaged it as Seedly.
“This isn’t just a code product built to sell, I run my agency on these products every day.”
My agency is based in the Richmond, Virginia area. We work with home-service businesses on lead generation, websites, branding, photo and video, and the software that ties it all together.
I knew HighLevel well and relied on it every day. For a while, it worked for us. But when things broke, I couldn't fix them myself. My business depended on someone else's roadmap and priorities.
The failed forms made the problem concrete: the ads were still running, but the leads weren't getting through. I wanted a foundation I could control.
So I built my own CRM and moved my agency onto it. Seedly began with that working codebase, packaged for other operators who want to run, brand, and develop their own software.
