A one-way outbound sync ships in the platform. Member lifecycle, payment, email, and community chat events post to Seedly CRM as signed webhooks, configured from the admin Integrations screen with a test button and a failed-sync retry queue. Two-way sync, where the CRM writes back into the community, is not part of the product, and we will not pretend otherwise.

If you already subscribe to HighLevel, GoKollab has no separate subscription charge. A new $97 Starter subscription totals $5,820 over five years at today's monthly rate, but includes HighLevel's other tools too. Seedly Communities is $399 once, plus your own infrastructure and provider costs.

Your hosting runs on your own Convex and Vercel accounts with free tiers to start, and members pay through your own Stripe with a 0% platform fee. Buying Seedly CRM at the same time? Add the community platform to that checkout for $249.

The graduation path is the product.

The practical difference is who owns the platform. GoKollab is managed inside HighLevel's ecosystem, with its community and course workflow tied to that account. Seedly gives you the source code and lets you run it on accounts you control.

A subscription may make sense if you already use HighLevel's CRM, automations, and other tools. If the community itself is the business, compare the ongoing plan and usage costs with the work and provider costs of running your own platform.

Getting out of GoKollab, honestly.

Seedly has no GoKollab importer, and the member and content export path needs checking in your HighLevel account. Plan for a manual move of anything the available tools do not export.

The playbook is the same as every platform exit. Collect your members' emails, invite them through Seedly's invite links and email invites, re-seed your cornerstone content before people arrive, and run both spaces in parallel while members migrate. Payments re-anchor on your own Stripe with a fresh opt-in.

When GoKollab is the right call.

If you already pay for HighLevel and want a community and courses tied to that account, GoKollab is a sensible option to try. Its Discover marketplace is distribution Seedly does not provide, and GoKollab says it takes no platform commission.
