Refund Policy.

How final sales, delivery problems, and legally required remedies apply to Seedly codebase purchases.

1. Digital products and final sales

Seedly sells downloadable source code. Sales are final after the download link is provided, with no discretionary returns, exchanges, post-purchase trial, or refund window. This policy applies across CRM, Sites, Communities, Dispatch, and Linkd.

This final-sale policy does not exclude refunds, cancellation rights, or other remedies required by applicable law, including remedies for qualifying defective or misdescribed digital content.

2. Evaluate before buying

Review the demo, documentation, product requirements, license, and third-party operating costs before purchasing. Ask support@andrewleejenkins.com if you are unsure whether the product fits your needs. A codebase purchase requires you to operate your own deployment.

3. Delivery and order problems

If a license key is missing, a download link fails, an archive is corrupted, or the supplied product does not match your order, contact support with your order identifier and purchase email. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We will investigate and work to resolve delivery problems.

Report suspected duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly so they can be investigated. Delivery assistance is available regardless of the final-sale policy.

4. Bundles and price changes

A bundle price applies only when its conditions are met at checkout. A separate earlier purchase cannot be retrospectively converted into a bundle by refunding and repurchasing. Later discounts and price changes do not alter a completed order, except where required by law.

5. Consumer cancellation rights

Consumers in some jurisdictions have a cancellation period for distance purchases. For immediately supplied digital content, loss of that cancellation right depends on the applicable legal requirements, including prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right, commencement of supply, and required confirmation.

The final checkout must collect and retain the necessary consent rather than relying only on this policy. Nothing here treats every purchase or delivery email as automatically waiving mandatory rights.

6. Payments, licenses, and disputes

Where a refund or payment reversal occurs, the applicable license determines the effect on software and download access. Sites distinguishes full refunds or final full reversals from partial refunds and open disputes.

We may supply relevant acceptance and delivery records when responding to a payment dispute. This policy does not require you to give up lawful payment-dispute rights.
