AFFILIATE GUIDE
A better link starts with a better answer.
Product fit, useful reading, honest answers to buyer questions, and the payout steps. Keep this nearby when you share Seedly.

01 / PRODUCT FIT
Match the product to their work.
Lead with the problem the person described. An agency comparing monthly CRM costs needs a different page from a course creator looking for a community platform.
CRMAgencies that want to own and brand the system they run for clients. Show the source code, deployment, and resale model.Product page
SitesTeams building and managing client websites. Show the visual builder and what they can customize.Product page
CommunitiesCourse creators and membership operators. Show the feed, classroom, memberships, and payments.Product page
DispatchField service teams using a compatible Seedly CRM installation. Show job scheduling, technician work, and the CRM connection.Product page

Every Seedly product has the same standard referral rate. The actual reward is based on the qualifying order amount paid, so bundle discounts affect it.
02 / ATTRIBUTION
Send the page that answers the question.
Add ?ref=YOURCODE to a GoSeedly URL. If it already contains a question mark, use &ref=YOURCODE. The referral cookie lasts up to 90 days in that browser. Your account gives you the exact code to use.
goseedly.com/blog/gohighlevel-transaction-fees?ref=YOURCODEA click on one device may not carry to another. Do not promise attribution when someone clears cookies or switches browsers.

Keep the recommendation specific.
"I looked at what our monthly software bill would cost over five years. Seedly CRM is a codebase you buy and deploy yourself, so it is a different ownership model. Here is the cost breakdown I used: [your tracked article link]."
"What do you need your community to do? Seedly Communities has a feed, classroom, memberships, and payments. The product page shows the current features and what setup involves: [your tracked product link]."
Use your own experience and disclose your referral relationship. Do not claim you use a product unless you do. A short useful answer is better than a copied pitch.
05 / BUYER QUESTIONS
Answer the hard parts plainly.
Does my referral code give the buyer a discount?
No. The code identifies your referral. The buyer sees the current store price and any discount that applies to their order.
Can I send someone to a specific article or product?
Yes. Add your code to a GoSeedly page with ?ref=YOURCODE. If the URL already has a question mark, add &ref=YOURCODE instead. Use a page that answers the buyer's actual question.
What if they buy later?
The referral cookie lasts up to 90 days in that browser. Clearing cookies or switching devices can prevent attribution. A qualifying order still has to meet the referral terms.
When do I get paid?
Qualifying cash rewards have a 45-day hold after purchase. Once the hold ends and your PayPal and tax details are verified, Seedly makes reasonable efforts to pay within a commercially reasonable time.
What should I avoid promising?
Do not promise a buyer discount, a hosted service, a specific installation time, or a support level that the product page and terms do not offer. Disclose that you may earn a referral reward.
For setup, updates, integrations, and support, point buyers to the current Help Center and product terms. A source code purchase still requires someone to deploy and maintain the software.
06 / BRAND ASSETS
Use the current characters and colors.
Download current Sprout, Pixl, and Buzz artwork, the Seedly seed mark, and a short brand reference. The pack includes guidance for using the art in your posts, slides, and videos.

Keep other partner links separate.
CloseBot and Zernio each run their own affiliate program. Seedly does not track or pay rewards for either one. If you recommend one of these tools, join its program directly and use the link it gives you.
Check each company's current rules before promoting it. A Seedly referral code does not replace their partner links.
