Make time for good work.

At a glance.

Seedly's Calendars & Booking module gives every client four calendar types (personal, round-robin, collective, and class or group event), each with a public booking page branded with their logo and colors. Calendars sync both ways with Google Calendar and Outlook so double-bookings never happen, video meetings get an auto-generated Zoom link, and you can collect payment at the moment of booking. Every appointment links itself to a contact record and can fire workflows on booked, confirmed, cancelled, no-show, and completed. Because Seedly is source code you own, the booking pages sit on your own domain and there is no per-booking fee or seat tier in the way.

BUILT IN

What you can do.

Four calendar types

Build the calendar that fits the meeting. A personal calendar books one person. A round-robin calendar distributes bookings across a team so the load spreads evenly. A collective calendar finds a slot where every required attendee is free. A class or group event calendar takes many bookings into a single time slot, for webinars, workshops, and classes.

HOW IT WORKS

From setup to everyday work.

01

Set your availability

Choose a personal, round-robin, collective, or group calendar, then set meeting duration, location, and available hours to match your schedule.

02

Connect your calendar

Sync Google Calendar or Outlook both ways to block busy times and share bookings, with automatic Zoom links when enabled.

03

Share and book

Share your branded booking page to collect details and optional payments, link contacts, send reminders, and trigger workflows as appointments change.

Your booking pages should not be hostage to a scheduler you rent by the seat.

The usual setup is a separate scheduling tool stacked on top of the CRM: a per-seat fee for every person who takes bookings, a per-booking cut on paid appointments, and a booking page that lives on the vendor's domain with the vendor's name in the URL. You pay monthly for the privilege of letting clients book time, and the page never really belongs to you.

Seedly is source code you buy once and deploy on infrastructure you control. The booking pages run on your domain, branded as you, with no per-seat fee on the people who take bookings and no cut taken when a client pays at the point of booking. Calendars, contacts, and workflows are one system, not three subscriptions wired together.

Every client runs in a strictly separated sub-account with its own calendars and its own booking pages, so one client can never see another's schedule, and you run all of them from a single install. And because you own the code, the parts other tools freeze, like how availability is calculated or what the booking page collects, are yours to change.
