SEEDLY CRM

QR codes you can re-point anytime.

Print a code once, then change where it sends people whenever you want. Every scan is tracked, the destination is yours to edit, and there are no per-scan fees because the whole thing runs on your own infrastructure.

A little code, a new connection.

At a glance.

Seedly's QR Codes module makes dynamic codes: the printed image never changes, but you control its destination. Create a code with a name, a destination URL, and a brand color, preview it live, then download a PNG or copy its short link. Re-point any code at any time and the change is instant, so the same flyer, sign, or business card can point at a new offer without reprinting. Pause a code to retire a campaign without losing its history, organize codes into folders, and read scan analytics (total scans, scans over time per code, and a side-by-side per-code comparison) on the Analytics tab. Because Seedly is source code you own, there are no per-scan fees and no QR SaaS holding your codes hostage.

BUILT IN

What you can do.

Dynamic, re-pointable codes

Every code is a short link that redirects to a destination you choose. The printed image stays fixed, but you can change where it points at any time. Open the code, edit its destination, and the change takes effect immediately, so anyone who scans the existing flyer, sign, or card from then on lands on the new page. No reprint, no re-sticker, no waste.

HOW IT WORKS

From setup to everyday work.

01

Create your code

Name the code, choose its destination and brand color, check the preview, then download the image or copy its short link.

02

Print and organize

Place codes on flyers, cards, signs, or products, and organize your collection into folders for the campaigns and clients you manage.

03

Update and measure

Change destinations or pause codes without reprinting materials, then compare scan totals and daily activity to see which campaigns perform best.

A printed QR code should not stop working the day you stop paying.

Commercial QR generators sell you a dynamic code and then meter it. The code points at their redirect, your scans are counted against a plan, and the day the subscription lapses or you hit a tier limit, every flyer and sign and business card you printed quietly breaks. You paid to print a liability you do not control.

Seedly is source code you buy once and deploy on infrastructure you control. The QR module runs there, the redirect is yours, and the destination is a field you edit. Re-pointing is a built-in action, not an upsell. There are no per-scan fees and no plan tier that throttles a campaign as it takes off.

Because you own the code, the parts other QR tools gate, like how many active codes you can have or whether a paused code keeps its history, are simply yours. Print once, re-point forever, and never wonder whether a vendor will turn your signage into a dead link.
